- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- After processing, orders are handed over to our courier partners for delivery.
2. Shipping Time
- Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reach you. This varies based on the destination and other factors like weather conditions, holidays, or curfews.
- For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), order verification may delay the processing time by 1 to 2 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹ 2,000.
- For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹ 150 will apply.
- You will be able to see your shipping charges before completing your checkout.
4. Where Do We Ship?
- We currently ship all over India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. Stay tuned for updates on our expansion.
5. Shipping Method
- We work with trusted courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery of your orders. The shipping method used may vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can track it easily.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.
- You can track your package using the tracking link provided by the courier partner.
7. Shipping Delays
- While we aim to deliver all orders on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic, or strikes.
- If your order is delayed beyond the standard delivery window, please reach out to us at support@memorylane.in. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage, and we will either replace or refund the product based on your preference.

- We take great care in packaging your products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Your items will be packaged with the utmost care, but if you experience any issues, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
