1. Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 2 days of delivery only in case of any product damage. Here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility for Returns:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of
    receiving your item.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear unboxing video is required to initiate a return. The video must show the condition of the product upon arrival.
How to Request a Return:
  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@memorylane.in within 2 days of receiving your order, including your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video.
  2. Approval: Once we receive your return request and confirm the condition of the item, we’ll approve your return.
  3. Return Pickup: Upon approval, we’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partners.
Refund Processing:
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
  • If your payment was made via COD, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery if you want to exchange your item in case of damaged product received only.

Exchange Eligibility:
  • Exchange Window: You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is required for all returns/exchanges.
How to Request an Exchange/Return:
  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@memorylane.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, reason for exchange, and unboxing video.
  2. Exchange/Return Fee: A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged for the exchange/Return shipping.
  3. Dispatch: Once we receive the original item, we will process and dispatch the exchange within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We strive for perfection, but if your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video: Please provide an unboxing video showing the damage or defect.
  • Replacement or Refund: We will replace the product or process a full refund based on your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items such as intimate apparel are also not returnable for hygiene reasons.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
